Scope covers a new cart drawer, a 3-step checkout with GCash/Maya/COD payment options, and order-confirmation emails. You'll work with our in-house designer's Figma files and ship behind a feature flag. We expect roughly 6 weeks of work with a code review from our lead before each merge.

Refresh our packaging and social identity for a new single-origin line (3 SKUs). Deliverables: logo lockups, label dielines, a mini brand guide, and 10 social templates. We love warm, hand-crafted looks — think woodcut textures, not corporate gradients.

Manage the scheduling inbox for our telehealth clinic: confirm consults, reschedule no-shows, and keep our doctors' calendars tidy. 30 hrs/week, 8am–2pm PHT, with full training on our tools. Great written English and a calm phone manner required.

Build v1 of our passenger app: browse tours, hold seats, pay with GCash, get e-tickets offline. React Native + Expo, Supabase backend already in place. 3-month engagement, possibility of a long-term retainer.

Keep our books clean in QuickBooks, prepare quarterly BIR filings (2551Q, 1601C), and run payroll for a 12-person team. Roughly 20 hrs/month, with one on-site day per quarter in BGC.

Lead a pod of 4 support agents covering US business hours. Own escalations, QA 20 tickets/week, and report CSAT weekly. Zendesk experience required; night-differential built into the rate.

Build a demand-forecasting model for ~2,000 SKUs across 300 partner stores. Python, historical sales data in BigQuery, target is a weekly forecast that beats our current naive baseline by 15% MAPE. Includes a handover notebook and a monitoring dashboard.
